3CX Phone System is a software-based IP PBX for Windows which replaces traditional PBX hardware phones. It is based on the SIP standard and supports standard SIP software / hardware phones. It allows calls to be made via a VOIP service provider or via the regular PSTN. Easy to install and configure, it includes a web-based configuration interface, voice mail, auto attendant, call hunting and other features. Both commercial and a free edition are available.

If your company is looking at making changes to your existing phone system, or is interested in upgrading to a product that does not have the high cost of proprietary phone PBX system.  This is the way to go.  This system has all the feature of the big guys, Cisco / Avaya / Nortel, but at a cost point that the small to medium size company can budget for.

You may use your standard phones you already have or purchase new VOIP phones.  Any Voip phone with the sip protocol is supported. 

System cost is per concurrent call.  Unlike the per extension fee's most voip and pbx providers charge.  All fees are one time.  Once the system is up and running any other fee is either for support or upgrades. 

The only hardware is a dedicated computer running windows xp or a later Window Operating System.  If more then 12 concurrent calls are needed, we suggest a dedicated windows server OS running.
